Preparing to become a parent can be both exciting and very stressful! New parents can attend this Dorval workshop to better equip and support themselves through the adventures of parenthood.

On Saturday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre, coach Louis-Philippe Boudreault will teach you exercises to do during and after your pregnancy and will share tips for eating well and taking care of yourself. Afterward, Gabrielle Deneault-Marchand, a doula and specialist in perinatal education with specialized swaddle techniques, will address postpartum, the risks of depression, and other related issues.

You can discuss these important topics in a safe, welcoming, and open environment. Lastly, end this morning on a high note and stick around for a light lunch, during which you will chat about your experiences with the other parents.
