The Alliance of 2nd Stage Shelters for Women and Children Victims of Spousal Abuse Launches "Neighborhood Against Spousal and Family Violence" Campaign

In the context of COVID-19 and the resulting confinement, the Alliance of 2nd stage shelters for women and children victims of conjugal violence is launching a general public campaign to encourage everyone to report situations of domestic and family violence. Posters in about 20 languages, listing contact information for several help resources, will be widely distributed today. They will be available on social media as well as in places still accessible to the population, throughout Quebec.

In addition to 911, each poster will display the coordinates of various help resources available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, namely: SOS domestic violence, Association québécoise de prevention du suicide et Tel-jeunes.
