The STM is redesigning its bus network, and they want your feedback.

Rethinking the bus network

The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) will be holding public consultation sessions for the bus network redesign.

In the coming months, a number of major public transit projects will be commissioned, including the REM, the Pie-IX BRT, and in a few years, the Blue line extension. Deployment of these projects, mobility needs, and urban development will impact how residents utilize their bus service.

"Now is the ideal time to rethink the bus network together to make it even more attractive and better adapted to changes on the Island of Montréal,"says the STM.

As part of the bus network redesign, the STM is consulting the general public to identify their mobility needs and gather ideas on the bus routes in their sector. The STM claims this process will help promote sustainable mobility in your area.

Consultation in progress

Now's the time to have your say on the bus network redesign on the West Island. There are two ways to share your ideas.

1- Sign up for public consultations (will be held online over Zoom):

2 - Participate online through the STM's Let's chat platform: September 29 to November 13, 2022
