The easiest un-deep-fried Oreos

I'm always looking for easy and delicious in the kitchen. I am no Martha Stewart and enjoy my time outside the kitchen far more than my time in it.

That said, I have a wicked sweet tooth that's practically insatiable and I'm always looking for the next delicious thing to satisfy it.

Earlier this week, at the peak of a sudden sugar craving, I remembered having seen a video online where a young woman had taken an oreo, wrapped it in Pillsbury crescent dough, plopped it in the air fryer, and in 6 short minutes had herself a delicious mock deep-fried oreo.

I sent my partner to the grocery store on a mission, and when he arrived home, we put this miracle recipe to the test.

We quickly twisted the crescent rolls open and feverishly wrapped our bundles of oreo joy. We set the air fryer to 350F for 6 minutes, and then we devoured all 8.

This is the quickest, simplest most delicious dessert I've had in quite a while, and with the holidays just around the corner, I could tell I was going to be a very popular gal around the Thanksgiving table.

These are best served fresh, so I recommend preparing them on the same day as your party or get-together for optimal results.

If you don't have an air fryer, you could also bake these by following the crescent roll instructions!
