The park's planning has considered ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility and will include an accessible comfort station and changing room. It will cover 130 square meters of Augusta Park, situated along Delmar Avenue south of Hymus Boulevard.

The timeline for its construction is as follows:

  • July to September 2022: The comfort station, toilet, and accessible changing room will be constructed.

  • August to November 2022: The splash pad itself will be installed.

This new development features various water jets and shaded rest areas. It will be fed by a low water consumption system.
