The Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de l’Ouest-de-l’Île will proceed with the construction of a seniors’ centre that will be located in part on the territory of Pierrefonds-Roxboro and Dollard-des-Ormeaux, requiring the demolition of the former Adonis at 4601 boul. Des Sources. The Centre will host 192 rooms dedicated to long-term care residents. Work is expected to begin this spring and end in December 2025.
