Last week, the 2018 Humbolt Broncos were reunited for a photo in Saskatoon. This marked the first time that the 13 surviving members of the team had been together since the bus crash on April 6, 2018, which killed 16 passengers, including 10 players.

This tragedy led to an outpour of support from the hockey world, with people leaving their hockey sticks at their front doors and raising millions of dollars for the families of the victims.

The photo was posted by Kaleb Dahlgren, who suffered a fractured skull among other injuries during the crash. He wrote about his experiences in his book, titled Crossroads: My Story of Tragedy and Resilience as a Humboldt Bronco.

The remaining members have made contact with each other since the draft, as 10 of the survivors were together during the 2018 NHL awards, as well as eight of them during the Broncos' 2018 home opener.

Kaleb's photo is, however, the first time that all 13 of them are photographed together at once.

At first glance, Dahlgren's post may be hard to look at, however seeing the smiles on the guys' faces show that it is more than just a picture, it is a symbol of hope.
