Free legal aid phone line for victims of domestic violence

Confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic can lead to difficult situations for those living with an abusive loved one.


Juripop, a legal clinic, is offering a free phone line service to victims of domestic violence. By dialing 1 844 312-9009, you will be connected to a lawyer specializing in family law for 20 minutes.


The service is offered, Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and weekends from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
