The Greater Montreal area is still in INTERVENTION 1 mode. The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, in collaboration with the Centre de la sécurité civile de Montréal, is continuously monitoring the situation for the Rivière de l’Anse-à-l’Orme, Lac des Deux-Montagnes and Lac St. Louis.
LAC DES DEUX-MONTAGNES
According to current forecasts, the flow of the Rivière des Outaouais at the Carillon Dam should remain stable over the next 24 hours.
Water levels are stable and above the minor flood level.
The risk of flooding remains present for residents near Lac des Deux-Montagnes.
Sainte-Anne Street, between Saint-Charles and de l'Église streets, remain under 24-hour surveillance.
The Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Canal National Historic Site is temporarily closed due to high water levels.

LAC ST-LOUIS
Water levels are stable and slightly above the minor flood level.
The risk of flooding remains present for residents near Lac St.-Louis.
RIVIÈRE DE L’ANSE-À-L’ORME
For the North sector, the situation is stable. The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is maintaining a constant watch on the Rivière de l'Anse-à-l'Orme, Leslie-Dowker, Meloche, and Tremblay ditches as well as the Leslie-Dowker pumping station.
WATER + ELECTRICITY = DANGER!
If the water has not yet started to invade the basement: turn off the power throughout the entire house. To do so, make sure you are not standing on a wet floor or leaning against a metal object. Then flip the main switch to the off position. If water starts to flood the basement: do not touch anything! Immediately contact Hydro-Québec at 1-800-790-2424 to have the service shut off.
ROAD CLOSURE
The Godin Park parking lot is temporarily closed.
For residents of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, the emergency flood line is activated. If a situation seems abnormal, contact the City at 514-457-6666. In case of an emergency, please dial 9-1-1.
Preparatory flooding measures in SADB on April 23rd.
The Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro recently stated that the water levels in the surrounding areas are stabilizing. On April 26th, the Borough posted this update to their Facebook page:
"The situation and water levels are stable and should remain so over the next few days. We continue to monitor the facilities in place several times a day, provide logistical support of necessary resources and coordinate flood preparedness."
