The CIUSSS De L'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal is announcing the reopening of a vaccination site, WITH an appointment, at the Dollard-des-Ormeaux Civic Center. It will be possible to receive exclusively the booster dose (3rd dose), in order to optimize the effectiveness of vaccination coverage.

Users are invited to park in parking lot P2. An access ramp for people with reduced mobility is accessible via entrance 5. As there is no waiting space inside, it is suggested that you arrive only five minutes before the time of your appointment.
