Dog-friendly spots for your four-legged plus one.

Sometimes you need to get errands done with dog-in-tow, and more businesses are opening their doors to your furry friend. Check out some of these local businesses and chain stores that are dog-friendly.


Apple Store Locations: If you're waiting for your Apple laptop or phone to get fixed or browsing for a new electronic device, you can bring your dog along for the experience. Note that Fairview Pointe-Claire does not allow dogs.


Canadian Tire and Rona: Although their websites don't explicitly say that dogs, either than service dogs are allowed, Canadian Tire's Kirkland location and Rona's Pierrefonds store have confirmed that they allow leashed dogs.


Dizz's Bagels: Dogs are welcome inside this beloved bagel shop, where you can enjoy all kinds of homemade bagels and signature sandwiches.


Indigo's locations allow dogs to accompany their owners in-store unless the site is within a mall that doesn't accept pets, and there are certain restrictions near their café areas.

Microbrasserie Trois-Lacs: Trois-Lacs Brewery's mission is to offer you a friendly atmosphere where you can come with friends, family, or pup to enjoy a good beer with ease.

Patate & Persil: You can bring your pooch to this quaint, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant in Vaudreuil, where homemade comfort food is made and served with love.


Pointe-Claire Plaza Shopping Centre: The quaint shopping center off of Saint-Jean's is well-known for welcoming leashed dogs to walk alongside their owners as they run errands.


Studio 77: is located right in the heart of Pointe-Claire. The restaurant cafe showcases art while offering a quiet space to enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee, pastries, wine, liquor, and more!


Victor Rose: The quaint Pointe-Claire Village coffee shop allows dogs inside while their owner picks up a specialty beverage or pastry.


Winners and HomeSense: The two stores, under parent company TJX, welcome dogs to shop along with their owners. Note that Fairview Pointe-Claire does not allow dogs either than service animals.
