Lucas Gaudet was a 16-year-old Pierrefonds hockey player and John Rennie High School student. He tragically passed away in the hospital on February 10th, 2022 after an altercation between groups of teens outside St Thomas High School.
A GoFundMe was created by Eva Fanous Flores to help Lucas's family with hospital and funeral expenses. Lucas is described as "a pure-hearted son, brother friend and teammate" by Flores.
The GoFundMe page aimed to raise $10,000 but then exceeded those expectations with over $32,000 in donations by 86 donors.
