For your 3-10-year-olds, Saturday classes are being offered, instructing hip-hop dancing classes, and introductory sports courses.

WHAT? YMCA fitness courses and kids' activities in Pierrefonds-Roxboro. Starting in January 2023, their popular group fitness classes and a variety of physical activities for kids will be offered as part of the borough's sports programming. The registration fee is 80$ per session for group fitness classes and 93$ for the children's session. Both fees will be adjusted pro-rata so that you only pay for the remaining period of the session.

BOOTCAMP high-intensity circuit training. Exercise sequences to improve strength, speed, and power. Background music, but no choreography.

HIIT High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporates the use of short, intense bursts of activity with brief recovery periods. This type of workout is known for its high energy expenditure while maintaining muscle mass and helping to improve physical endurance.

YOGA A class that offers a series of sitting, standing, and reclining poses to help open up the body and improve flexibility and muscle strength. Modifications are proposed to accommodate different levels. Styles and sequences vary based on each instructor.

ZUMBA This class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and world rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® is often called exercise in disguise.

INTRODUCTION TO SPORTS (3–5 years) Using a fun approach, the Introduction to Sports course helps children develop various fundamental and social skills. Throughout the weeks, children will tackle agility courses and participate in gym activities, cooperative games, and touch-and-go (TAG) games.

HIP-HOP (7–10 years) The course initiates kids to basic movement using a fun approach. In addition to hip-hop basics, kids also learn to move, dance, keep their balance, and develop artistic gestures during fun activities.
