The Last of Us
Genre: Post-apocalyptic drama
Premise: The series is set 20 years after modern civilization has been destroyed and features Joel, a survivor who is hired to smuggle Ellie, a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone. They both must traverse the U.S. and depend on each other for survival, and it soon becomes a brutal, heartbreaking journey.
The first three episodes are available for viewing, and new weekly episodes are released Sundays at 9 p.m.

Premise: If you are prepared to become emotionally invested, infuriated, and bewildered by a fascinating protagonist, this is your show. Throughout the three previous seasons, Joe, initially a bookstore manager, becomes maniacally obsessed with different women and stops at nothing to stalk, manipulate them, and become enveloped in their lives. Of course, his charm lures them in, but we learn that he will go so far as to remove any obstacles --including people -- that stand in his way of getting to her.

Poker Face

Premise: This new ten-part series, featuring Natasha Lyonne as Charlie, tells the story of a woman with an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and, with every stop, encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can't help but investigate and solve.

Premise: For sports fans, namely tennis lovers, this 5-episode series gives an insider, behind-the-scenes look at the world's top tennis players as they take on high-pressure tournaments. Fan Favourites with New Seasons
The White Lotus (season 2)
Genre: Dark comedy, drama.
Premise: This season, new faces and even darker dynamics emerge with each passing day at an idyllic Sicilian resort throughout the seven-episode season. Director Mike White told Entertainment Weekly that he took on a different set of narratives and explorations based on the new location: "The kind of mythology of Sicily, at least from the point of view of Americans, is the archetypal sexual politics and role play that you associate with, like, opera and the mafia and Italian romance. I felt like it should be more focused on men and women and relationships and adultery and have an operatic feel to it, so I pivoted."

Ginny and Georgia (newly released season 2)
Genre: Comedy-drama
Premise: It's difficult to pinpoint the central storylines without spoiling the first season, but imagine an imperfect yet endearing mother-daughter relationship that becomes rocked by revelations of murder and deceit. If you enjoy coming-of-age storylines, you'll enjoy Ginny's journey as she navigates love and relationships, her identity and adjusts to life in a new town, along with her little brother Austin. Georgia is a complex character who becomes the town Mayor's love interest, from whom she hides the many secrets of her past. Season 2 promises answers to the many loaded questions unanswered after the first season finale's cliffhangers.

Emily in Paris (newest release: season 3)
Genre: Romantic comedy
Premise: Emily in Paris perfectly fits a romantic comedy series's mold. Emily Cooper has moved to Paris from Chicago to work for a French marketing agency. Her endearing American charm and social-media-savvy skills slowly earn the trust and friendship of her French colleagues and draws the attention of her neighbor Gabriel, among other future love interests, and her best friend Mindy. It's light and visually appealing; fashion lovers will appreciate the countless designer get-ups of Emily and Mindy. The sights and sounds of Paris provide a beautiful backdrop, regardless of how overdone they may be.
