Morgan Weinmeister is West Island News’ Managing Editor, who oversees our incredible team of writers, videographers, and volunteers. A recent graduate of Concordia University, with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Morgan is ardent about social justice and community advocacy. She is passionate about journalism and is inspired every day by the kindness and strength of West Islanders.

Nader is a volunteer for the West Island News since 2017. His passion for the West Island community is infinite. You will find him supporting local activities, fundraisers, sports tournaments,gala's and even protests. This Pointe-Claire resident is here to serve you to have a better life through transparency and information. His heart belongs to the community.
Branden Desormeau

Branden is a 3rd year Art History Student at Concordia University. As a photographer and digital artist at heart, you can often see him toting his camera around the West Island. Holding a certificate in communications and digital media, he hopes to one day establish his own career in the media arts.
